Weekend Warehouse Admin - G4SR1

A large warehouse in the Kentwood area is need of an experienced Admin to work a full time weekend shift. They are open to someone who also has warehouse and/or forklift experience who could work a dual role as well.
Very fast paced environment. Hours: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm.  Located near Kraft & 28th Street.
Hours may vary.

Responsibilities:
*Partners with Operations to ensure adequate customer service
*Direct the movements of inbound and outbound trailers and drivers to aid the scheduled shipping and receiving operations.
*Scheduling of drivers to the appropriate dock doors within the warehouse.
*Candidate should have strong computer, clerical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work fast under pressure.
*Ensures requests for deliveries and pickups are organized and scheduled promptly to meet customer expectations.
*Completes all related documentation for orders including bills of lading, customs documentation, etc.
*Helps ensure that all drivers credentials are correct
*Monitors and notates discrepancies of appointments for all loads assigned.
*Applicant must possess ability to work independently.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
*Previous office experience required
*Experience in a warehouse/logistics setting beneficial

Job Requirements:
*Experience with Microsoft Programs, Microsoft Dynamics/AX specifically beneficial
*Ability to work independently
*Good typing skills
*Attention to detail
