Position Overview
Preparation and positioning of parts for painting.

Essential Job Functions
Prepare and position parts for painting on racks.
Assist Line Technician as needed with filters, general housekeeping, etc.
Perform other job functions as assigned.

Requirements
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
Ability to repeatedly move arm up and down, back and forth for 8+ hours per day.
Good attendance
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly and 35 lbs. occasionally.
Attention to company metrics and deadlines with continuous effort to meet or exceed these expectations
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully  
Takes accountability for work.
Works well independently and with others in a team
Receive training effectively and with a positive attitude
Reading, writing and basic math skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
