Probate & Trust Administration Legal Assistant - DZPR1

This position requires great customer service and organizational skills, attention to detail  word document preparation and legal experience, and assist staff and clients, including, but not limited to:

New client intake and schedule meetings
Calls/meetings with clients
Open billing matters and organize files
Manage all probate, trust, guardianship matters and deadlines
Draft estate documents/trust administration documents
Draft guardianship and conservatorship documents
File documents with probate court (mail and/or in person)
Mailings to clients, estate/trust beneficiaries, probate court, etc.
Prepare and file necessary papers to transfer/liquidate assets
Draft accountings
Draft court petitions and other filings

Benefits: PTO; retirement plan beginning with third calendar year of employment

Hours:  8:00am 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (hours may vary)

$18.00 - $19.00
