Payroll & Benefits Administrator - H0SR1

Responsible for all payroll and benefit administration for a multi-state and multi-unit organization.  Must have experience with payroll administration, including state and federal regulations as well as benefits management.

Processes weekly and semi-monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees
Make required journal entries into Great Plains accounting program
Maintain electronic document retention and data transmissions
Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
Administers employee benefit programs
Administers FMLA and COBRA

Education and Experience Requirements:  
B.S. degree in Business, Human Resource or Accounting; or comparable educational background/training; or equivalent experience

Proficient in Human Capital Management systems (ADP WorkforceNow and Enterprise), accounting software, Excel and Word Processing software

Ability to lift and /or  move up to 25 lbs.

Hours:  8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (hours may vary)

Wage:  DOE

$50,000.00 - $94,000.00
