Williamson Employment Services is currently looking for Production/Assembly associates.

Schedule:
Part-time hours flexible, 20 hours per week. Hours may vary

Duties and Responsibilities:
 *Must be able to complete production and assembly of automotive glass quarter windows.
 *Operate machinery to assist in the production process.
 *Assemble materials and equipment as required.
 *Conduct inspections and quality control of products.
 *Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required.
 *Measure quality based on SPC data collection.

Qualifications:
 *Education: High School Diploma or GED required
 *Abilities: Working in a fast paced environment, performing all required production system documentation (i.e. production reports, inspection reports)
 *Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and oral, good attendance
 *Experience: Machine operating, hand tools, production


Physical requirements
The factory is a fast paced environment. Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and perform repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. with overhead reaching and bending over.
