A Kentwood Company is looking for a reliable candidate who can be responsible for proper processing of customer components and parts per customer specifications. Checking all products for manufacturer defects. Must be multi tasked and be able to use the necessary tools for the job. The current hours are 7am - 5pm, Mon - Thurs with possible Friday shifts when busy, Hours may vary.

*Review work instructions in the area assigned by your supervisor/team leader
*Efficiently inspect each piece of product for any noticeable manufacturer defects per sample board
*Begin working per work instructions for appropriate product
*Inspect processed parts according to customer critical characteristics book
*Bag and package finished product as instructed per packaging instructions
*Identify any PPE need and ensure it is in good working condition
*Maintain a safe organized work area
*Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Skills/Qualifications:
*Previous inspection experience is a plus
*High school diploma or GED

Job Requirements:
*Self-starter, self-motivated
*Ability to work well and communicate to team members
*Must stand for 10 hours while working in area
*On the job training for 4 hours
*Repetitive hand and arm motion for 10 hours
*Quality training
