We are currently seeking candidates for multiple positions for a growing company that is opening a new location in Kalamazoo. Must be energetic, team oriented, fun loving, appreciative and a perfectionist. They believe in taking great care of people that fit this culture. Their best employees use every possible second of everyday to be efficient, productive and contribute to the profitability, appearance, and consistency of output. These positions will be starting late August/early September.

  • The store is open: Monday - Sunday
  • Hours may vary, over-time as needed, must be open to working weekends
  • Training will be provided for positions at another site location


Open Positions

  • Car Wash Detail/Lube Center Associates
  • Sales Advisors
  • Supervisors in Training

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Efficient and comfortable with explanation of services.
  • Professional and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good physical endurance to withstand the outside weather elements year round.

 

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit and talk or hear, use hands to operate, finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Will be working inside and outside in all types of weather.
