Maintenance Technician - R4HR1

Are you an experienced Maintenance professional?  Are you able to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and landscaping systems?  This is the job for you! A fast paced apartment complex in South Bend, IN is looking for 1st shift Maintenance Technicians.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (hours may vary), possible over-time and weekend hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 *Completing work orders that include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and landscaping.
 *Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
 *Working knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
 *Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping.
 *HVAC Certification preferred

 *Min. 2-3 years of maintenance experience
 *High School Diploma or GED required
 *Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements:
 *Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and do repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. with overhead reaching and bending over.


$10.00 - $14.00
