Maintenance Technician - OWHR1

Are you an experienced Maintenance professional?  Are you able to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and landscaping systems?  This is the job for you!  Competitive wages and wide-ranging responsibilities make this a great place to work.  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM, Over time and weekend hours. You will be on call every other month on the weekend.  Temporary to hire opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 *Completing work orders that include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and landscaping.
 *Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
 *Working knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
 *Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping.
 *HVAC Certification preferred

 *Min. 2-3 years of maintenance experience
 *High School Diploma or GED required
 *Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements:
 *Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and do repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. with overhead reaching and bending over.


$16.50 - $18.50
