This position requires assembly of parts, partially or completely, and working at riveted, bonder, grinder, drill or rework station.  As well as:
Ability to operate CMM.
Load and set tooling
Make sensor adjustments.
Remove and replace guards.
Reset Pallet Stops and RF Tags.
Understand the SPI process or other problem-solving processes.
Ability to interpret and react to SPC charts.

Requirements:
- Occasionally lifts or moves up to 35 pounds.
- Stand, walk and bend.
- Repetitive motion.
-               High school diploma or equivalent

Hours:  available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Benefits:  Starting pay $17.00/hr.  Temp to Hire positions working incentive bonus of $500 at 30 calendar days, working incentive bonus of $750 at 60 calendar days and $1000 sign on bonus at completion of 90 calendar days with wage increase to $17.56/hr., two weeks vacation, plus additional time off, paid holidays and annual bonus.  Associates are eligible for a full, competitive benefits package plus a Defined Contribution Plan (retirement savings plan) and 401K
