Our client is currently seeking a 1st shift, seasoned Janitor to join their team. If you're a passionate self starter, apply or call today.

*Schedule: hours may vary, over-time and weekends are as needed

Responsibilities:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Clean offices
Clean and supply restrooms as well as windows and mirrors
Remove waste and empty trash
Organize janitorial storage areas
Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance

Minimum Requirements:
Min. one year of janitorial experience
High school diploma or GED desired
Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
Ability to read and interpret written information, communicate effectively, and write clear statements
Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
Ability to demonstrate professionalism
Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit and talk or hear, use hands to operate, finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
