Apartments in Kentwood area looking for Grounds Person. Responsible for maintaining the entire property in safe, attractive, comfortable conditions. Also assist in other types of maintenance, when necessary. Located off the busline. Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday *hours may vary*.

Responsibilities:
Gardening duties:
*Water lawns, shrubs, and flowers, as needed
*Maintain all lawns and bed areas of the property, including planting, weeding, mulch, grass seed, tree trimming, fertilizing, raking and shrub pruning
*Clean up thoroughly
*Spray insecticides, as necessary
Other duties:
*Police grounds and pick up any debris found, to ensure curb appeal
*Snow removal and salting when necessary
*Assist inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies
*Deliver literature provided by the office, such as flyers, calendars and newsletters
*Provide quality, professional service to the residents
*Assists with any emergency maintenance

Required Skills/Qualifications:
*Must be able to operate Snowblowers, Weed Trimmers and Leafblowers
*Grounds keeping or gardening experience
*Good safety habits
*Compatible with wide range of people
