Graphite Production Machinist - HYSR1

Responsible for operating various industrial machines to produce precision parts.   Additional training and development will lead to equipment maintenance and rebuild, tooling maintenance and fabrication and long-term development as Product Manager.  

Primary responsibilities
Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce parts.
Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job.
Shape steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, silicon and other materials.
Plan the sequence of cutting and finishing operations.
Position workpiece on the drill press, lathe, or milling machine.
Replace dull cutting tools.
Check accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related mechanical field.  Screw machine usage and knowledge is a plus.

Required:  High school diploma or equivalent

Wage:  DOE
