Packaging company in Sparta looking for temporary general laborer to label boxes and other basic manual labor. 5-6 week temporary position. Hours: Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm. Some Saturdays may be required for overtime. *hours may vary*

*Pack cartons neatly. Place labels on the box after it is filled to specification and taped.
*Number each label with skid and carton number.
*Keep the supply table and work area neat and clean by using set up time to sweep and vacuum "dots", make boxes or organize supplies.
*Follow all safety and company policies.
*Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
*Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
*Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
*Required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
*Required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
*Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
*Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
*Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color vision.

Job Requirements:
*High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
*Ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral in English.
*Good normal or corrected vision. Cannot be color blind.
