Domestic and International Sales Coordinator - HRSR1

Temporary position, possibly until end of the year and will cover two positions.

Assist sales engineers
Maintain sales databases
Responsible for processing and maintaining international orders, prepare export documents for shipments, answer incoming phone calls, filing, assist customers with problem resolution and prepare commission requests.
Issue return material authorizations, review contracts and letters of credit.  
Ensure that all international transactions are cleared against proper company procedures.  
Screen export license applications
Maintain all shipping documents relating to international orders, all correspondences with the government on export issues and in-house correspondence regarding export matters.
Other duties as assigned.

Position requirements:
Computer skills (email, internet, order management system, Excel, Word, and Oracle) Administrative duties that require good reading comprehension, communications skills and ability to operate office equipment.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday-Friday
