Juice manufacturer in Sparta, MI looking for qualified Blender. As blender you will be responsible for weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients in accordance with a standard formula and procedures to create a high quality product.  You will also be responsible for insuring cleanliness of equipment and maintains a clean work area.  This position provides great opportunity to become involved in a clean and organized facility that invests in their employees. Company provides free bagels every Wednesday and a free hot meal every Thursday. Become part of a friendly team that believes in treating each member with respect. Hours: 6:00pm-4:00am or 8:00pm-6:00am Sun-Thur *hours may vary*. May need to work Friday Night.

Responsibilities:
*Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices.
*Set up and operate equipment that is used to mix, blend or process ingredients in the manufacturing of juice products.
*Select and prepare ingredients according to written formulas for accurate and efficient mixing operations.
*Measure or weigh ingredients and mix or blend according to written formulas
*Accurately record data for each product batch, such as the ingredient amount and lot used.
*Conduct and record laboratory test results (pH, acidity, vitamin C, Brix) and partner with QA/Lab to ensure product specifications are met and maintained.
*Clean and sanitize utensils, tools, hoses, equipment and general work areas
