Looking for an energetic professional to fill a full time position providing support for Human Resources team. Must handle confidential HR information with respect, and provide excellent customer service to all customers, employees and staff.   Ideal candidate has experience in administrative support or strong customer service oriented background in an office setting. Temp-to-hire: 8:00am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday (hours may vary)

Skills required:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, typing, customer service

Duties to include:
Handle incoming phone calls
Greet customers
Central point of contact for the business
Data entry, typing, creating reports/documents and business letters
Open/close/maintain office
Document/update files
Maintain file system
Work cooperatively with other team members
Provide supportive tasks
Special projects as needed
Participate in business events as requested
