Accounting Manager - 1QZT

Plan, direct, and conduct the Accounting, Financial and MIS functions as assigned.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Maintain the Chart of Accounts and General Ledger and to perform analysis of accounts
Prepare monthly financial statements
Ensure accounting, financial, and administrative records and files are maintained
Manage the human resources and employee benefit programs
Coordinate the analysis of project profitability, and annual audit
Direct and manage the MIS functions
Handle payroll and payroll taxes
Ensure all assigned administrative and office activities are adequately performed
Ensure all records are kept per legal or regulatory requirements
Research and develop policy recommendations
Manage and control insurance carrier costs
Identify and make recommendations to improve the company position

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Preferred Advance training in accounting, finance and/or CPA
|               Experience with MS Dynamics GP
Five years in accounting or finance with three years in a finance or accounting manager position; preferably three years in a Controller position

Wage:  DOE
