Williamson Employment is looking for a Plastic Injection Shift Leader in Rolling Prairie, IN

Monday - Thursday 1:00am to 3:00pm - Hours may vary, possible overtime

Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including set-up, troubleshooting, process development and process adjustments.
Work with production personnel, provide required training and directions to ensure the efficiency and quality of products.
Assist in proper handling and preventive maintenance of injection molds and machines
Coordinate with maintenance department maintenance to resolve issues regarding repairs of tooling and equipment
Responsible for planning, managing and maintaining proper inventories of raw materials and molded products during shift
Optimize process settings to increase productivity, quality and consistency of injection molded parts, and to reduce rejects
Follow and enforce safety rules and regulations, housekeeping and good shop practices within the manufacturing area
Basic understanding of injection molding of thermal plastics and machines
Good leadership ability, organizational skills and has the ability to effectively work with and direct  employees on a daily basis to achieve the plants objectives and goals
Co-ordinate with plant manager to resolve any employee related issues during shift
Assist in company goals

Must be able to stand for an entire shift 8-10hrs
Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds
High school/GED equivalent minimum
Experience in injection molding environment
Fork lift certification-Fork lift training is provided by the company


$12.00 - $15.00
