Williamson Employment Services is currently seeking hard working, energetic individuals with a background in forklift operation and shipping/receiving.

*Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm. Some mandatory weekends, hours may vary. Overtime as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Arranging and monitoring the transportation and movement of goods
* Using superior forklift skills to move products
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Handling and maintaining inventory
* Assist the Industrial Package Operator or Mixer operator in a variety of duties and tasks including, but not limited to: operation of the pourable sealer packaging line and manual and automatic packaging  lines.
* Must be able to fill out production forms and tickets, enter data in computer, follow a production schedule, read and use a scale.
* Must be able to operate stretch wrap equipment.
* Must follow factory and departmental work and safety rules, including steel toe shoes and other required PPE.
* Must maintain good housekeeping standards by keeping work area and equipment clean.

Qualification Requirements:
* Education - High School Diploma or GED is preferred
* Must be able to perform above duties in a plant environment.
* May be exposed to duty, noisy, odorous, and potentially hazardous conditions.
* Demonstrate attention to details and organizational skills.

Physical requirements:
* The factory is a fast paced environment. Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and do repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. with overhead reaching and bending over.
