Williamson Employment Services is looking for a 2nd shift CNC Operator in the Niles, MI area.

    * Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1am, some mandatory weekends. Hours may vary, over-time as needed  

Duties and Responsibilities:
    * Operating CNC mill machines to run production
    * Loading parts into the machine
    * Deburring parts when needed
    * Performing quality checks
    * Packaging parts
    * Miscellaneous general labor as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
    * Education - high school diploma or GED is preferred
    * Abilities - working in a fast paced environment, lift at least 50lbs.
    * Skills - strong communication skills, both written and oral, good attendance
    * Experience operating CNC equipment

Physical requirements:
The factory is a fast paced environment. Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and do repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. with overhead reaching and bending over.
