Williamson Employment Services is looking for Brake Press Operators  in the Niles, MI area.

Schedule:
2nd shift, Monday-Thursday; 2pm-midnight; Hours may vary, over-time as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
Operate Brake presses, grinders, sanders, punch presses, saws
Must be able to operate forklift, loading and unloading parts
Change different types of punches and dies
Perform product quality checks
Utilize hand tools and understanding measurement devices
Must be able to set the readings on the Hurco Autobend back gauge computer

Minimum Qualifications
Education - high school diploma or GED is preferred
Abilities - working in a fast paced environment, able to read blueprints, calipers and micrometers, and complete production reports
Skills - strong communication skills, both written and oral, good attendance
Experience - machine operating, hand tools, production

Physical requirements
The factory is a fast paced environment. Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and perform repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. with overhead reaching and bending over.
