Williamson Employment Services is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in the Niles, MI area.

    * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm. Some mandatory weekends, hours may vary. Overtime as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Check in raw material, purchased components, and MRO items from vendors and ensure paperwork matches
Receive into system and label material with internal barcodes and next op tags
Keep electronic records of material certs, receiving documents and receiving discrepancies .
Work with Material Handlers to ensure product moves to next destination after receipt in a timely manner
Work with Accounts Payable to resolve or correct receiving issues
Other tasks assigned by Lead or Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Working knowledge of Glovia is a bonus
Must have strong knowledge of inventory control functions.
Must have forklift experience.
Good attendance

Physical requirements
The factory is a fast paced environment. Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and do repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. with overhead reaching and bending over.
